She holds an MBA (Derby, UK) and was Senior Finance Manager at Debswana before becoming an entrepreneur in renewable energy, manufacturing, and agro‑processing. and serves on multiple boards and is currently a member of WIMBO EXCO (Women in Mining Botswana Organisation).
